Technical Support (Customer Care) Representative Required
We are looking for a energetic support person to give our customers telephone Assistance.
You will need to pride yourself on giving excellent customer care.
You must be technically competent on Microsoft Software and using internet applications.
Formal IT qualifications are an advantage but a good telephone manner is more important.
Advanced technical training will be provided.
Salary: £18,000 per annum.

Extensive knowledge of Coldfusion MX 7, MS SQL200 and XML is essential and knowledge of ASP and PHP on Microsoft web servers is an advantage.
