Network Engineer
Unix / Cisco engineer required to help manage and maintain our
ISP hosting network.
The ideal candidate MUST have complete understanding in IP and
associated protocols including routing characteristics, packet level
detail and their relationship with regards to the OSI model, internet
/ extranet and intranet networks and their implementation, excellent
understanding of routers hardware and configuration, knowledge of
OSPF or EIGRP or BGP, varies of WAN technology, experience in
capacity planning or application performance analysis and in depth
knowledge of internet security.

We are looking for a energetic support person to give our customers telephone Assistance.
You will need to pride yourself on giving excellent customer care.
You must be technically competent on Microsoft Software and using internet applications.
Formal IT qualifications are an advantage but a good telephone manner is more important.
Advanced technical training will be provided.
Salary: £18,000 per annum.
